Estate Protocol lets you separate your investment into two parts:

  • One token holds your principal (the base amount you invested)

  • Another token holds your monthly yield (rental income)

This gives investors more flexibility. They can hold, sell, or use each part differently. For example, they can sell the yield token for upfront cash or use it in lending markets.

Lending & Borrowing

Users can borrow USDC by locking their real estate tokens as collateral. This feature is live through our partnership with Metastreet, one of the top credit protocols in the RWA space.

There’s no paperwork, no off-ramping, and no delays. The tokens are held in a trust-backed structure, so lenders are protected while borrowers get instant access to liquidity.

This is a capital-efficient way to stay invested in real estate while using the yield or value to unlock cash. Everything happens on-chain, transparently, and within the legal framework we already operate under.
