### **What is the Elite Investor NFT?**

The Elite Investor NFT is a membership token that grants holders exclusive access to the Estate Protocol Rewards Program. Each NFT unlocks a 10% reward boost on all eligible investments, with the potential to earn up to 100,000 USDC in rewards every month.

#### **Phase 1 Supply**

A total of 555 Elite Investor NFTs will be available during the first phase.\
The supply is fixed and will not be replenished once the initial mint concludes.

#### **Minting Process**

Users can mint the NFT directly through the Estate Protocol website.\
The minting price will be $50 USDC per NFT.

Some wallets that have demonstrated consistent participation in real-world asset (RWA) investments on Estate Protocol will receive the NFT as part of a limited airdrop.

#### **Utility**

* Enables a 10% reward boost on every eligible investment.
* Boost applies up to 100,000 USDC per month based on total investment volume.
* Holders automatically qualify for the Elite Investor Rewards Program.
* NFT ownership is verified onchain and linked to the user’s wallet, ensuring transparent reward eligibility.

#### **Eligibility**

* Wallet must hold the Elite Investor NFT at the time of investment to activate reward boosts.
* Rewards are distributed in USDC directly to the connected wallet once the claim threshold is reached.
* NFTs are non-transferable during the active reward cycle to prevent misuse or reward duplication.

#### **Airdrop Allocation**

A portion of the 555 NFTs will be distributed via a targeted airdrop to active RWA investors who have maintained eligible holdings or completed qualifying transactions on Estate Protocol.
