### **What is the Estate Protocol Elite Investor rewards program?**

Estate Protocol introduces the Elite Investor Rewards Program designed to reward long-term holders and early investors who believe in tokenized real estate. Through this program, investors can earn up to 100,000 USDC every month in rewards across eligible properties.

### <sub>**How does the program work?**</sub>

**Step 1: Mint and hold the Elite Investor NFT**

* The NFT is your key to unlocking rewards.
* You can mint it directly or earn it by purchasing at least 10 property tokens.

**Step 2: Earn a 10% boost on every investment**

* Every property token purchase worth $250 or more automatically earns a 10% reward.
* Example: An investment of $250 generates $25 in bonus rewards.

**Step 3: Accumulate and claim rewards**

* Rewards accumulate over time with each eligible investment.
* Once your rewards reach $250, you can claim them directly to your wallet.

**Step 4: Claim window**

* Rewards can be claimed when the total reward pool reaches the minimum threshold.
* Claiming is a one-time action per completed reward cycle.

### Terms & Conditions

1. Only wallet addresses holding the Elite Investor NFT qualify for rewards.
2. Rewards are calculated on the total eligible investment value in USD (USDC equivalent).
3. Unclaimed rewards remain visible in the user dashboard and continue to accumulate until the $250 threshold is met.
4. Rewards cannot be transferred or traded.
5. Estate Protocol reserves the right to adjust or pause the program based on system upgrades or token policy changes.
6. In the event of market disruptions or unforeseen blockchain issues, reward distribution timelines may vary.
7. All distributions are made in USDC directly to the connected wallet.
